Sometimes I get an athlete question that has me scratching my head and saying... WTF!! Today is such a day.
We have an athlete that seems to be a new convert to fat adapted running / ketosis / banting diet and lifestyle. He wants to know what will happen if he runs and entire 50k race - at race pace - while in ketosis and not take in an ounce of nutrition the entire way.
