How to blend training plans from marathon to half iron tri to 50 miler ultra


One of the main reasons why athletes have come to me is that they want to train for an array of events, but have no idea how to blend the types of free training programs that they find on the internet.

Blending training for different types of events requires a scheduling strategy so that you can effectively use each workout as a preparation, recovery or cross training for another.

This video sets out the strategy I employ.
