Qutitting Caffeine One Week before a 100 mile Ultra Marathon


It is amazing how many athletes choose the week before their first ultra or their first 100 miler to make big changes to either diet or lifestyle - and often these changes are for a healthier way of life.

Likewise, today's athlete question deals with the prospect of giving up caffeine one week before your first 100 mile ultra.

This gives my brutal opinion about this and other similar dietary choices.
