So often we get caught up in the latest diet or nutrition trends that get promoted by a specific grouping within the fitness industry. Usually that grouping is the weight lifting / body building / fitness model industry. Athletes paid to promote various "bulking" supplement ranges.
I always need to check myself when switching sports that I adapt my nutrition to the sport I am doing as opposed to the one I was doing before.
