Best use of 14 weeks between 100 mile trail races


Today's athlete question is about the 14 weeks between two 100 mile trail races. How to make the best use of the 14 weeks to ensure you are fully recovered without any loss of fitness.

This video gives my strategy for a 14 week gap between 100 mile events - and takes into account that the muscular system and adrenal system recover at different rates and need different approaches.
