Step up your training like THIS to go from 50k to 100 miles within 6 months


Every January so many of us look at our list of running objectives that we have written down for the new year, and wonder... Is this over ambitious? Do I have enough fitness from last year? How will I build to my new goal distance and stay injury free? The list of self-questioning goes on.
