Criterium du Dauphine 2016 CONTADOR TEACHES YOU HOW TO CLIMB FASTER

During the prologue of the 2016 Criterium du Dauphine Alberto Contador put time into all of his rivals including Chris Froome.

Many have been wondering how he did it. The good news is that during the ride Alberto showed us all exactly how he did it.

If you choose to follow the one simple lesson that Contador demonstrated, you too can climb a LOT faster than you do now AND with less effort.

This video compacts that lesson down to less than two minutes. Watch and learn.
